The pitch is waiting and all equipment is provided so come and get involved! Poole Hockey Club will be running Rush hockey sessions at Ashdown Leisure Centre on Tuesday evenings from 8.00 - 9.00 pm from Tuesday 3rd January 2012 until Tuesday 7th February The cost is £5 per session or £20 for all six weeks For more information:
About our club Founded in 1893, Poole Hockey Club has been running for well over 100 years now and is among one of the oldest sports clubs in the country. We run three mens and one ladies team in various leagues across the Hampshire, Dorset and Somerset regions as well as running a mixed league for the past two years. We are also very fortunate to be able to run youth teams for all our under 16's offering regular fixtures throughout the season in U16 Boys, U14 Girls, U12 and U10 Mixed squads. On the 3rd February 2010 the club achieved the England Hockey ClubsFirst accreditation. This demonstrates that we are working towards a set of operating standards, helping us to provide a safe, effective and child friendly hockey environment.
